So in general I find it motivating. As to the crossword, I can see it is of your own creation. It's perfect to add to the poem. A good choice if you want to work with the vocabulary in the poem. Introducing vocabulary in this way, so through a poem like this and through a game, you make sure the students really learn vocabulary.
